Coming from mainly the shoulder area, chuck roast was traditionally used for making pot roast or stew. Our beautifully marbled Wagyu chuck roast though, offers so much more! Cut it into steaks or throw it in the slow cooker. This cut of meat will not disappoint at family dinner! Cuts range from 3-4 lbs.
